A woman who is a friend of my fiance, well used to be a friend (not any longer after this). Anyway she claims I sexually assaulted her, not sure exactly what she said but something to the effect that I touched her. This never happened, and because she claims it happened on a night when we had a get together there were about 8-9 people in my house, all of them know it didn't happen, and it's only this woman saying this, she has no proof because it didn't happen, yet when the detectives called wanting to question me, it sounds like they believe her and not me. What can I do? Ok her motive would be the fact that on that night I had some words with my stepson which led to disciplining him and because of my drinking I had an altercation with him, he is 16. This (the altercation with my stepson)DID happen and I have not denied that, I am fully accepting of my fault in that.
